Excellent condition Vanson 2 piece Cordura Ventilated Fully Armored Suit.  $600.00 new!

The Vanson Jacket is a "Very Lightly Used" black with red cordura Supervent type in perfect condition.

The Ventilated jacket has fabric inserts in shoulder area and down back of arms. Fully ventilated in the sleeves, body and side panels with 1000 denier Cordura mesh. CE armor is standard in the shoulder, elbow, and back area. The inner elbow area features an armor adjustment strap for securing armor in place. This jack zips to pants at the center back and has an adjustable waistband.  


The Vanson Pants are "Like New" black Vent pants with armored knees and hips. 

Vanson's 1000 Denier Cordura and Black Nylon mesh Sportrider ventilated pants. Lightweight pants with the proven fit of sport rider series pants, the durability of Cordura and the added feature of maximum ventilation. Constructed from 1000 denier Cordura, both woven and knitted, with leather reinforcing the knees, these pants provide maximum air flow through strategically placed cut-outs in the inner thigh, behind the knee and below the waistband at the rear. Armored at the knee and hip, the pants are also designed to wear inside or over the boot.

General Motors combines smartphone functions with the Chevrolet Volt

General Motors is bringing together two of the hottest areas of technology--smartphones and plug-in electric cars. GM's OnStar telematics unit has developed a downloadable application that will let Chevrolet Volt drivers use a Blackberry Storm, Apple iPhone or Motorola Droid to remotely control and monitor some vehicle functions, such as charging. The Volt is slated to go into production late this year and arrive in California utility company fleets by early 2011.

French magazine L'argus de l'automobile has announced the winners of its seventh Student Competition Awards, themed ‘Automobile Design for Social Utility'. Open to students studying design within the European Union and Switzerland, the competition culminated at a recent awards ceremony at the Eiffel Tower. The first prize of €3000 and an internship at Renault's Technocentre in Guyancourt (near Paris) went to Damien Grossemy, Thibaut Dereymacker and Maxime Dimarco from the Institut Supérieur de Design in Valenciennes, France.

Fiat 500X compact crossover debuts The Fiat 500X is the latest member of the Fiat 500 family to arrive, and following a recent tease it’s debuted at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. Fiat has decided to go the same route with the 500X as they did with the 500 L by creating two models – a 500X for the city and a 500X for the country. The 500X gets the same family design as the rest of the 500 range and sits on the same platform as the new Fiat Punto and comes in at 4.25 metres long (the butch version is just a couple of centimetres wider) and 1.80m wide.
