Hyundai explores pickup plans with Chrysler, report says
Tue, 11 May 2010Hyundai proposed plans to Chrysler earlier this year to work together on a truck derived from the Ram chassis for Hyundai, Reuters is reporting. Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne rejected the overture from the South Korean company, Reuters says, but it's possible Hyundai could make another offer. The move could allow Hyundai to tap into a lucrative part of the U.S.

The locations are significant, as the Midland Hotel was the setting for the first meeting of Charles Rolls and Henry Royce. Donato Coco Appointed Director of Design for Lotus Group

Lotus has announced Coco's appointment to Director of Design for Group Lotus starting January 4, 2010. In this newly created role, Coco, an Italian national, will lead all Lotus Design activities for Lotus Cars and Lotus Engineering.
