These two clocks are of the same condition, and they are the ones pictured. 

These are still very likely NOS, but their packaging has seen better days.  The clocks are in good condition, and if you clean off some of the dust, will look brand new.  Both come with instructions, but not the wiring board (non-essential piece) or the adhesive.

General Motors said on Wednesday that it will recall 154,112 Chevrolet Cruze sedans to check for a problem with the steering shaft. A GM spokesman said the issue was discovered when a customer lost steering control in a parking lot but did not have an accident. GM says no accidents have occurred because of the problem.
