Terms & Conditions:

Except where an item is indicated to be 'Brand New', all parts that we sell are used. These parts have been taken from motorcycles that we have purchased and disassembled for salvage. We endeavor to describe parts clearly and accurately, but please do not be disappointed when an item described as 'decent' or 'usable' is not in pristine condition. If you ever believe an item which you have purchased from us may have been misrepresented or incorrectly described in any way (We are not perfect), please contact us right away, and we will make it right. If you have questions, please ask before bidding.

If you purchase more than one item from us please wait for an invoice before paying to avoid being charged multiple shipping charges.

We ship most items via USPS priority or UPS unless otherwise noted in the listing. Generally smaller items will be shipped out USPS priority and large items like forks, frames and wheels usually ship UPS. We ship Engines and other large parts via common carrier. Please feel free to shop for better shipping quotes or use your own shipping account. We ship items everyday Monday-Friday and we are quick to package and ship your item. All of our parts come carefully and properly packaged. We will often disassemble large items like forks to properly ship and protect your item. We also combine shipping on multiple items.
Items described as 'Right' or 'Left' refer to how it would appear as you are sitting on the bike

RETURNS-If we make a mistake, your part arrives damaged, or if the incorrect part is shipped, you will receive a 100% refund. If you change your mind (or purchase the wrong part), you will have to pay return shipping.

A Note to International Buyers

-Due to to unreliable online shipping quotes, please do not pay for item until you have received an invoice from us. We require international buyers to use PayPal. International buyers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes charged by their country upon delivery. Shipping costs and transit times may be significantly higher or longer than domestic shipments. Sometimes no tracking feature is available. Your county's customs inspection procedures may slow the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier. All customs forms are marked 'merchandise' or 'used merchandise' accordingly. There is a shipping calculator on the listing that draws shipping charges directly from USPS website. Please view the shipping cost and take it into consideration before placing your bid. We reserve the right to cancel your bid or the sale if your country's shipping restrictions prohibit the auction item for any reason (i.e. size, weight, etc.)
