You are purchasing a good used original steering rack for the 1972-79 MG Midget.

This is LHD (left-hand-drive - U.S. etc. spec.)

This has been cleaned and degreased and the housing was wire-brushed to bare metal and repainted gloss black engine enamel (photos 5-10). The ball joint ends were packed in grease and 90W oil added to the steering pinion box. 2 new steering rack boots are installed. The inner tie rod ball and sockets are very good. The 2 outer tie rod end locknuts are cleaned and included.

It is clean, works smoothly and is ready to install.

 Shipping weight is 14 lbs. Two shipping options in the U.S.

2014 Nissan Qashqai teased again – and almost revealed Nissan has been bust teasing the 2014 Qashqai ahead of its reveal later this week, and today we get the latest tease which actuallt reveals the front end. The last tease only managed to show us the new Qashqai under a dust sheet in a tunnel, but this time we get a head-on view of the Qashqai to give us a few clues about its new look. The bonnet has more flowing lines than before which continue down in to the chrome element of the grill which, although similar in shape, is more integrated than before with slimmer headlights with integrated, v-shaped running lights.

Peter Arcadipane has joined BAIC as its new design director. Based at its new hi-tech design facility in Beijing, China, he oversees a team of around 130 designers. The Australian designer, formerly of Mercedes-Benz, has been challenged to steer state-owned BAIC towards a more coherent and strategic position within China, with its chairman wanting to take the carmaker more upmarket.
