VIBRO-ABSORBING

Shumoff Mix F (Шумофф Микс Ф)

Vibro-absorbing multilayer paste material consisting of several layers of the high-filled low-weight polymeric composite of black color and a layer of the red-orange low-mass paste with multilayer reinforcement. Covered with tough foil.

Size     0,37 х 0,27 m

Thickness       4,4 mm

Vibro-absorbing material consisting of the combination of several black bituminous mastic layers of high rigidity and lightweight red paste with multilayer reinforcement. This combination of two composites of different density provides unquestionable advantages in the speed of installing and improving the acoustic characteristics of the construction. It is one of the best vibration cushioning materials. It is used for the vibration and noise absorption of the heavy-loaded surfaces with thickness up to 3 mm, e.g. metal entrance doors.

The material has high vibro-absorbing properties and additionally it protects the car body against corrosion. It possesses permanent adhesiveness and high elasticity. It is resistant to environmental factors including moisture and temperature fluctuations. Material’s working temperature range is from -60оC to +85оC, short-term exposure to high temperatures +150оC is possible when the material retains its structural and physical properties. Even when exposed to low temperatures, bituminous layers, due to their structure and composition, retain elasticity and do not become brittle or fragile. Reinforcement layer creates the frame for the elastic materials. During installation, a sheet of the material must be rolled down to the base for the final positioning.

The paste layer’s mounting surface is secured with the release paper, which needs to be removed just before the installing of the material. On the release-layer surface there is a logo acting as a counterfeit protection and a ruling which makes cutting and installing easier. Due to high-quality release paper, the manufacturer guarantees adhesive properties retention for 12 months since the production date. After installation working lifespan is not limited and corresponds to the useful life of a car or any other object providing abidance by the rules of installation and  service instructions.

Our material is produced as a sheet in size 320x270 mm. This sheet format ideally matches car body parts as it decreases the amount of waste materials significantly and increases the installation speed, and the whole process of soundproofing becomes easier. Finished products are packed into the cardboard envelopes or cartons. Due to the sheet’s size and packaging format, it is very easy and convenient to transport, store and use our material.

Range Rover Evoque – Driving footage

Range Rover Evoque - Streets of London Video Back in August, after Land Rover had unveiled the Range Rover Evoque at KP but before we got the mountains of bumph from LR giving us the inside leg measurments of the Evoque, we had a nudge from LR towards some ‘Spy’ shots of the Evoque out filming in London. As we suspected at the time, that was just LR PR doing their job. But as our beady little eyes spotted different back ends on the Evoques in the ‘Spy’ shots we thought it worth the story.

SEAT IBX – the SEAT Audi Q3 – gets a green light

Thu, 28 Apr 2011

The SEAT IBX gets a green light SEAT had a go at producing a compact SUV in 2007 – the SEAT Tribu - but the perception shortly after it revealed the concept was that the world was moving away from SUVs. So it didn’t get made. Only the world didn’t eschew SUVs, or at least not compact SUVs.
