All products are brand new unless specifically noted within Item Condition field. Used products will have a highly detailed description and photos of any blemishes. Additional photos are available, send us a message and we will gladly respond with your requests. Items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment, except for Holidays. A tracking number will be posted once the item sale is processed and a label generated. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days and sales will be processed the following business day.

Shipping

Shipping carrier and speed is determined by MOMS upon time of handling.  MOMS ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Postal Service (UPS). Please contact us prior to purchase to request a specific carrier or item will be shipped via the most cost effective method based on dimensions, weight, and zip code. Additional handling fees may apply, depending on carrier requested. Expedited shipping is available upon request and will be quoted for your delivery needs.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in original shipping condition.

Items that are delivered damaged or lost in transit are subject to a damaged/lost item claim investigation by the carrier. MOMS will not send out a replacement product until the carrier finishes their investigation.

Items sent incorrectly will be recalled by MOMS via a paid shipping label.

Return authorization will be required before any product can be returned. All returned products are subject to a 20% restock fee. Return shipping for items no longer wanted/purchased incorrectly is the responsibility of the buyer.  

Warranty

Brand new products carry a manufacturers warranty. If your product becomes defective within the manufacturers warranty period, contact us and we will help.

Chevy to auction first Z06 for Karmanos Cancer Institute

Chevrolet is continuing its tradition of donating its first production model of a new vehicle to be auctioned for charity: The first production 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 will be sold at the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach, Fla. event on April 12. Proceeds will go to the Karmanos Cancer Institute, extending the General’s long-standing support for the organization.

2013 Infiniti IPL G convertible officially announced at Pebble Beach

In an expected move, Infiniti has announced it will build a production version of the IPL G convertible concept seen at this year's New York Auto Show. The 2013 Infiniti IPL G convertible will likely share hardware with the IPL G coupe on sale now, and the power retractable hardtop used by the G37 convertible. IPL, which stands for Infiniti Performance Line, is the manufacturer's in-house performance department, serving as an extension of the Nissan NISMO works into the company's luxury division.

Damon Hill’s bid to close P1 'unsuccessful'

The former F1 world champion is pursuing money owed to him and issued a petition to close down P1 to pay the debt. But Hill’s co-founder of P1 International, and current chief executive officer, Michael Breen told CAR Online that the petition to wind up his business had been unsuccessful.
