Return Policy Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in original shipping condition. Items that are delivered damaged or lost in transit are subject to a damaged/lost item claim investigation by the carrier. MOMS will not send out a replacement product until the carrier finishes their investigation. Items sent incorrectly will be recalled by MOMS via a paid shipping label. Return authorization will be required before any product can be returned. All returned products are subject to a 20% restock fee. Return shipping for items no longer wanted/purchased incorrectly is the responsibility of the buyer. Brand new products carry a manufacturers warranty. Regular readers may remember we cast doubts on Pagani’s claim that the new Huayra would be US road legal back in 2011, when we revealed that Pagani’s plans to gain an exemption from fitting advanced airbags was denied. That meant Pagani had to go away and get the Huayra to conform with airbag regulations to make it legal to sell in the US, which Pagani promised to do and declared everything would be fine and they’d have the first road-legal Huayras Stateside by 2013.
MG CS SUV Concept heading for Shanghai Motor Show
Thu, 11 Apr 2013MG are still struggling to make much of an impact on the car landscape, but one car that could change that is a funky urban crossover / SUV to give cars like the Nissan Juke a run for their money. That looked to be on the cards last year when MG turned up at the Beijing Motor Show with the MG Icon, an SUV.Crossover Concept that took the ‘Ugly but Cute’ style cues from the Juke but grafted on a nose that looked like it could have come from MG’s sports car past. The Icon was a decent effort – and even won an award for ‘Best Concept’ at Beijing from Autoweek – but it looks like MG has decided the design of the Icon was just a bit too radical, so they’ve toned it down with a new concept heading for this year’s Shanghai Motor Show – the MG CS Concept.
