An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or don’t seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod. We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know! 2015 Land Rover Defender heading for the U.S.

So it’s not a huge surprise that Land Rover has revealed that the new Defender will be sold around the world, including in the US, where Land Rover Defenders haven’t been sold for fifteen years. We’re not really going to know exactly how Land Rover plan to market their two ranges – Land Rover and Range Rover – until the all new range of cars finishes rolling out over the next few years.

In terms of overall car sale in those two years it’s an insignificant fraction, but in terms of making the electric car a viable form of transport it’s a big milestone. The second generation LEAF – launched earlier in 2013 – moved Nissan’s EV game on a bit with a raft of improvements, and has sold 1300 in the UK in just the last six months,.

Wed, 23 Jul 2014NEW CAR SALES in the UK and most of Europe are up for the first half of 2014 compared to the same period last year. The UK recorded a 10.6% rise in new cars sales against a European average increase of 5.8%. Out of all the countries in the European market, 24 out of 30 showed an upturn in new car sales between January and June 2014.
