Chrysler Sebring
Mon, 26 Jun 2006Chrysler has shown pictures of the 2007 Sebring, a mid-sized sedan that will enter production in America later this year. New from the ground up, the dynamic exterior borrows cues from the Crossfire in the front three-quarter, while a part-masked C-pillar helps accentuate the Sebring's arched cab, eschewing the 'chopped' look of the larger 300C. The urbane interior features an IP with a broad panel theme, reminding slightly of the Mercedes-Benz CLS/> It will be available from launch with the option of two V6 engines and, unusually, a new four-cylinder motor that produces 172PS from 2.4 liters.
New 2015 Nissan Murano SUV teased ahead of New York reveal (video)
Tue, 25 Mar 2014New Nissan Murano teased ahead of New York debut The Nissan Murano may no longer be sold in the UK, but that is likely to change with the arrival of a new Murano, teased ahead of its debut at the New York Motor Show next month. The new Murano will be Nissan’s halo SUV, and its design is based on the Nissan Resonance Concept we saw at Detroit last year featuring something Nissan called ‘V-Motion’ design. That means design that flows from a statement grill and boomerang-like headlights along strong crease lines on the flanks to a kick-up shape at the rear.
Two million drivers risk insurance fraud
Wed, 21 May 2014MORE THAN 2 million drivers in the UK could be at risk of committing insurance fraud by claiming they are the main driver on a policy when someone else uses the car. As many as 6% of the UK’s drivers are risking invalidating their insurance by letting someone else drive the car for most of the time despite claiming they are the principal driver. Known as ‘fronting’, this kind of insurance fraud is common among parents helping their children to get cheaper car insurance.
