No pitting on the chrome, there is one good sized stone mark that gives it character that can be noticed on the first picture, the mirror face is not too bad, but it's hazy at the center, still usable though, the base of this mirror is 6 3/4" in length, there's a number underneath that reads 1501, not sure what vehicle this mirror was originally manufactured for, offering the mirror only, I don't have the gasket or anything else.

McLaren P1 Nurburgring record time is…a fiction for designers inspiration

The source for the story was an image taken from a Chinese website showing the McLaren logo and a time board showing the P1 as having done a lap of the Nurburgring in 6:33s. The image was real, but the story wasn’t. It seems the image was part of a ‘Mood Board’ McLaren put together when they were designing the P1 to inspire their designers with what could be possible, and that’s found its way on to the Interwebs in China.

JENSON BUTTON has delivered a damning response to any Formula One driver bemoaning the sport's current lack of noise. The piercing scream of the old 2.4-litre V8 engines has been replaced by the more textural sound of the new 1.6-litre V6 turbo-charged power units, and it has caused a considerable furore. Following the Australian Grand Prix race chairman Ron Walker was left fuming, suggesting he had grounds for a lawsuit as he felt the lack of sound compromised his contract with Bernie Ecclestone.

Cop saves life of choking driver

A US POLICE officer saved a motorist in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who was choking after stopping her for driving through a red light. Officer Jason Gates realised the woman could not breathe when he approached her vehicle, so he hit her on the back to try to clear her airway. When that did not work, he performed the Heimlich manoeuvre which dislodged a piece of sausage and bread from her throat.
