Here is a RARE vintage set of West Coast Mirrors with the rare finned backs and shrouded or hooded mirrors. It is very hard to find a set of these in this great of condition. They have really great patina as is. They are stainless so they could use a good polish. Some of the arms do have surface rust starting and the glass really should be replaced. It is usable, but has a lot of spots and hazing. The mirrors themselves measure about 6.5" x 5.25". The arms adjustable at the top. They are about 17" tall and 6" wide on the bottom are and 9" wide on the top. They would be great for your Hot Rod, Rat Rod Project, or other Project. See all photos for additional information. New concepts to be revealed at Pebble Beach
Tue, 16 Aug 2011The international auto show in Frankfurt is but a few weeks away, yet for important new cars in the American market there's further proof that traditional auto shows such as Detroit are being shunned as launch venues in favor of more exclusive and pretigious events. That's because Cadillac, Infiniti, Lexus, Lotus and possibly a few others are set to reveal new production and concept cars at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance later this week. Lexus is set to unveil its production GS350 (previewed by the Lf-Gh concept in New York earlier this year), the fourth generation of its luxury sports sedan, on August 18, while Cadillac's 2013 ATS will also be revealed.

Start-stop works by cutting the engine when the car’s stationary in traffic, and restarting automatically when you touch the pedals to move off again. Every manual transmission-equipped BMW 1-series comes with the technology, excepting the truly high performance versions.
2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor gets engine upgrade, crew cab
Thu, 02 Sep 2010A larger standard engine and more seating capacity are the big changes for the 2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor pickup. For starters, all 2011 Raptors will come standard with a 6.2-liter V8, rated at 411 hp and 434 lb-ft of torque. The 6.2-liter engine was an option on the 2010 Raptor, while a 320-ho 5.4-liter V8 was the base engine.
