Fort Mohave, Arizona, United States
The mounting bracket is broken near the right rear hole, see pics. Could use a good cleaning.
Brand:Airguide

Vintage Airguide Compass in working condition. Has a broken mounting bracket, probably OK AS-IS for river travel, would definitely consider repairing or replacing if any large waves would bounce it hard. The light is AMBER which is pretty nice. Sorry the dark pictures are so grainy! I tested the light by hooking to a small 9vdc battery. White lead is about 19 inches long, black about 32 inches long. Compass is floating seems very accurate. The black pivoting hood thing is interesting, not sure what function it serves. Looking down from above I see it says "USA CHICAGO" inside. It is being sold "AS-IS" since I have told you about the broken bracket.

Nissan BladeGlider EV Sports Car Concept for Tokyo Motor Show

Fri, 08 Nov 2013

The Nissan BladeGlider EV Sports Car Concept (pictured) will debut at the Tokyo Motor Show Nissan are trying to push the envelope for road-going electric cars with the BladeGlider electric car concept that will debut at the Tokyo Motor Show this month and looks – at least in some form – to be heading for production. Inspired by the aero industry – and taking inspiration from Nissan’s DeltWing Project – the BladeGlider gets a very narrow front track and a much wider rear, wrapped in carbon fibre reinforced plastic with an interior that offers a 1+2 seating arrangement. Nissan say the extremely narrow front track reduces drag and enhances manoeuvrability for extreme cornering, and its 30/70 rear-biased weight distribution could give plenty of tail-out fun.
