Here is a very nice used vintage Airguide Marine Compass. I believe it is the Model #88B. The compass operates as it should. The wire and contact point that leads to the light bulb is missing and a small amount of silicone caulk was used to keep out moisture. I have removed the light socket and the area has no rust or corrosion to the socket or area. The compass measures almost 5" height on its mounting stand and is 3 1/2" across.

Drink-drive Idowu 'fled home row'

FORMER OLYMPIC triple jumper Phillips Idowu, from Essex, was caught drink driving after police were called to a domestic incident at his home. The 34-year-old, from Epping, pleaded guilty to driving his white Land Rover in the town's Bridge Hill after a night out while two and a half times the legal alcohol limit. Speaking after the case at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court, Essex Police confirmed that they had stopped Idowu as he fled a disturbance at his house.
