Descriptions are a best-effort to detail the size, weight, color, and attributes of the items up for sale. I generally do not have any first hand knowledge of the item and can make no clear representations of previous ownership, issues, or condition. 

Items that I personally own and sell, I will provide as much condition and history as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

Item is sold AS-IS, please pay close attention to the statements provided in the Warranty and Refund Information section.

Certain items are not suitable for pets or young children; seller takes no responsibility for harm resulting from misuse!

Payments via PayPal preferred. All other methods will require a funds clearance period before item is shipped

Shipping

Shipment to United States VIA USPS and I will sometimes offer International shipping on occasion. 

Note - for US only:  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska take longer and may be more expensive. 

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon.-Fri.) of receiving payment

Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 2 pm CST

I use the eBay shipping application - this tool computes the fees based on my Zip and your Zip, and the provided weight and dimensions. Your registered address will be accessed by the shipping tool and used to generate shipping labels. 
Note: If your registered eBay/Paypal address is WRONG - the item will be shipped to the registered address you have on record. The responsibility of the BUYER is to ensure their address information is correct at all times to prevent shipping issues and significant delays.

If there is a difference between the shipping costs paid by the BUYER and the shipping cost provided by the eBay shipping tool - a refund via PAYPAL will be sent to the BUYER. This only applies to PAYPAL transactions and only to transactions where the Shipping cost is lower than the price paid by the BUYER. This sometimes happens when shipping weight estimates are off by a pound due to packing/box weights.

I generally do not charge a handling fee. Certain situations may require a handling fee if the item is irregular or requires additional effort/time/cost to package.

Warranty and Return Information:

No warranties or guarantees are expressed, implied, or available - items are AS-IS unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are available for most items as long as the following conditions are met:

Item returned to SELLER in same condition as received by the BUYER

Return shipping is paid by the BUYER and is not refundable

Full refund (purchase price + original shipping) will be given once item is received by the SELLER. Again - return shipping is not refundable.

30% restocking fee for clothing/boots/shoes and clothing accessories - no exceptions unless otherwise stated

Refunds are NOT available for the following items:

Compact Disc - Music and Software

DVD - Movies, Music and Software

Items containing liquids, creams, or chemicals - cologne, aftershave, ointments, medicinal use, organic products

Musical Instruments - Case by Case - exception only

Lastly

I find most of my auction items at garage sales, estate sales, and sometimes through personal contacts and sell them "as is" which means it is likely the items will need some cleaning. 
With vintage items, please be aware that there will likely be some minor wear but any major problems will be described in the listing.
