A vintage 1950's Anthes roadside emergency kit. Has 3 reflectors(which were called flares), 3 cloth red flags. 3 flag mounts. Bottom of reflector is stamped: MFD BY Anthes Ft. Madison IA Type FP Meets I.C.C Req Pat. Pending. Reflector lens are not cracked or chipped, they do have light scratch lines and wear marks, metal stands have age wear, not twisted or bent. Flags have crease lines and some stain marks, not torn or frayed. Metal box has rust and age wear, looks to have been spray painted at on time. Lid closes but doesn't latch shut. This is a used item and shows a lot of age wear but in overall good condition for it's age.

Supreme Court decides police need warrant for GPS trackers

The U.S. Department of Justice just got taken down a peg by the Supreme Court in a victory for privacy advocates. The high court ruled on Monday that a law-enforcement officer affixing a GPS tracker to a person's vehicle without a warrant is in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
