Will send invoice with shipping cost. I was told this is a bike headlamp,its old and in the condition you see it in the photo's .Front lens is cracked but inside lens has a small chip by the edge of it. Hinge opens and latches .I am not familiar with this item , but with the green and red glass buttons on the sides, it leads me to think this is an bicycle headlamp light. It measures approximately 6 inches high, the area where the light would come from is 3 inches round .
