Vintage Antique Brass Holstein Tire Pump Early 1900's?It was made in Highland, Pa. I think it just needs a seal to make it work. It lacks a little in the pressure dept. With a little polishing this would look great in your old Model A, Model T, Buick, Oldsmobile, Chevy, Dodge, Packard, Etc...
