2013 Mercedes C-Class gets a tweak
Mon, 30 Jul 2012Mercedes has updated the C-Class for 2013 with new trim levels, lower emissions and new equipment. AMG Sport model added. Mercedes-Benz has decided it’s time to tweak the C-Class for the 2013 model year with a raft of changes to make the very good C-Class even more appealing.
Renault-Nissan and Mitsubishi to join forces
Tue, 05 Nov 2013MITSUBISHI and the existing Renault-Nissan alliance are set to work together on a series of new cars. Discussions aren’t finished but as part of the deal Mitsubishi will get hold of a Renault chassis large enough to use as a base a full-size saloon for the North American market. The firms will also further develop an electric version of a Japan-only ‘kei car’.
UK Car Scrappage scheme gets green light?

The scheme aims to offer new car buyers a guaranteed trade-in against a new, cleaner car of £2,000. But it is being suggested that the Government will insist that car manufacturers chip in half this money, with the tax payer paying the other half.
