This is a Vintage Original advertising ashtray promoting ARMSTRONG MIRACLE SD RHINO FLEX. The body is rubber and the insert is the rare blue glass. It is in good overall condition but there is a small red mark on the back of the tire. It measures approx. 6 inches in diameter and is approx. 1 1/2 inches deep.

The locations are significant, as the Midland Hotel was the setting for the first meeting of Charles Rolls and Henry Royce. Meanwhile, Goodwood has become the marque’s adopted home since the split from Bentley and sale to BMW.
