Up for auction today is a vintage Blue Point 2oz ball peen hammer with a Snap On Tools handle.

The hammer is in good shape with some minor wear from use, and staining to the metal. The handle is also in good condition.

All items are sold as is with no returns. Please be certain of what you are bidding on before you bid. Please look at my feedback and know you can bid with confidence.

Payment is expected with PayPal within 5 days of auction close. If payment is not received within this period, you will forfeit the item to the backup bidder unless we make other arrangements.

All items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment, unless other arrangements are made (I sometimes need an out of town vacation). Shipping will be USPO or UPS. Shipping Rates include a nominal charge of $1.00 - $2.00 for shipping supplies and delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance please let me know before you pay and before I invoice you. Additional costs will be incurred by the buyer for such insurance. Once the item is shipped, it is out of my control and my responsibility unless insurance is purchased. Shipping rate stated is for the 48 continuous states only. If shipment is going to Hawaii or Alaska additional costs may apply. I do not ship internationally.  I will combine shipping to save you money and my time, as long as I am aware that you are making multiple purchases. Local pick up is always an option, and free of charge.

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering is reviving a name from the growing list of dead car companies, building a reimagined, 2010 Chevrolet Camaro-based Trans Am for the PlayStation generation. Ken Lingenfelter and his Decatur, Ind., team redesigned almost every panel of the Camaro, leaving only the doors and the roof intact. They parked a 1971 Pontiac Trans Am alongside the donor car for inspiration.

A new Mini John Cooper Works concept will bow at the Detroit auto show in January. It gets exclusive gray paintwork, red accents, new aerodynamics and new 18-inch JCW light alloy wheels. Mini says the concept has a longer wheelbase and wider track than the outgoing model, which is hardly surprising -- the Mini gets less Mini every year.
