This is a bronze filter for what I am guessing is either for fuel or water or oil? Has a strainer basket inside and is set up with an inlet at top and outlet at bottom with a shut off knob. Has what looks like a C over a W and #1 on it which I assume is a manufacturers brand and model number. Very good condition, doesn't appear to have been used. Cap comes off and has a rubber gasket.
