Up for sale is a wonderful old vintage new old stock late 1950's Ray-O-Vac Marine Bow Light.  Light comes in its orig. box.  No mounting hardware.  Light is in very nice condition and was tested and works.  Orig. box is in fair shape with lots of bends, surface and edge wear and some minor tears.  Still Solid though.  Manufactured by Ray-O-Vac... A Division of the Electric Storage Battery Company.  Madison, Wisconsin.  Light is made from plastic.   Light measures 4 3/4 in. long x 3 1/2 in. wide x 2 in. thick.  Overall, just a super cool old vintage Boat Bow Light.    Please check out photos closely as they are also part of the item description.    Please ask questions before bidding.    Thanks for looking....

And yet, despite its tepid performance, questionable off-road ability and tendency to rust, it was a runaway success. And let's face it, the Mini Moke remains one of the coolest cars ever created.

Meguiar's condition improves to stable

Avid car collector and TV host Barry Meguiar is in stable condition and his health is improving, according to a statement from Meguiar's Inc., the car-care-products company that bears his family name. Meguiar, 67, was hospitalized in Monterey, Calif., last weekend while attending the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, and on Wednesday, his condition was reported as serious. The company statement, released on Thursday afternoon, said Meguiar had contracted an undiagnosed virus recently while recording his TV show, "Car Crazy," outside the United States.

Local Motors has announced the results of its Pacific Northwest design competition, which asked contenders to create a vehicle for the region's inhabitants. Taking into account nature's four elements - Earth, wind, fire and water - designers the world over answered a brief that called for designs that would enable drivers in the Pacific Northwest to 'thrive in the elements'. Competition entrants were encouraged to create a vehicle inspired by the elements or specifically tailored to allow the users to better experience the elements, all while causing little to no environmental impact.
