This is in great shape, wick is there, works and rolls, the piece is missing the chimney
Placement on Vehicle:Right

Hello--

You are bidding on what I believe is a vintage headlight for a car, carrage or boat. I know nothing about it,
and it has very few markings, so it is all speculation.  Approx. 7 inches tall.

It does appear to be missing the chimney. It works fine, the wick rolls smoothly
and has the word Solar on the knob to wind up the wick. It may have a date of June 8 09, on the side, but it
is hard to read and is a guess. Nice red lens on the side. Frame opens easily and screws down tight. Minor
dent in the back. Again, I know nothing about it, but it is a nice peice, presumably brass in parts. It's dirty,
got dirt in the seams, scratches, etc. Any and all info is welcomed. Sold AS-IS.

Shipping and handling is $20 in the US sans any add ons.

Int'l is about $50-60 depending on the location. Thanks for looking, email with any questions.
Yes, I combine for shipping and I resolve any and all issues.

Ford engine plant builds number 10 million

Wed, 18 Feb 2009

Ford's 90-degree, overhead-cam Modular V8 has covered a wide spectrum since it was introduced in 1991--powering luxury cars, SUVs, pickups and high-performance sports cars. A large number of those engines have come from a Ford plant in Romeo, Mich., which has now built its 10-millionth engine--a 4.6-liter V8 that is headed for a 2010 Mustang GT. The Romeo engine plant was converted from a tractor factory.
