BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. - if you are outside the u.s. pease understand that I can not refund any shipping charges if there are any problems with transaction. If something happens in shipping your purchase price would be refunded but buyer would have to pay for return shipping which would not be refunded nor the original shipping charges. This is my new policy for shipping because I have had problems several times in the past when shipping outside the u.s. and the shipping cost is to high for me to cover. - at least this is an item that I can't imagine that could be broken during shipping.
