Up for your consideration is a vintage Casco chrome auto cigarette lighter with element and housing (sleeve) in very good usable condition.


  • Chrome has a nice shine.
  • Unknown what make/model auto this part is designed for but it could be right for your replacement or restoration project.
  • Measures approximately 2 7/8" long (pushed into sleeve) and 1" diameter. Housing is made of steel.
  • As with most vintage parts, this one has some minor blemishes, very minor pitting and loss of finish. Overall really nice appearance. The housing/sleeve has some discoloration or rust on the inside bottom.

Beattie joins Fisker as prices climb

Fisker Automotive, maker of the luxury hybrid Fisker Karma, has appointed luxury-brands executive Richard Beattie to the newly created position of chief commercial officer. Beattie will be responsible for sales, marketing and customer service for the brand. Beattie comes from a strong run as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Jaguar North America and, before that, for Jaguar Land Rover North America, positions which followed a career at Ford, where he was most recently president and CEO of Mazda’s North American operations.

It's not for the faint-hearted, as you can tell from the angry body addenda and huge spoilers mounted on the already monstrous coupe. The ACR bit of the name denotes it's an American Club Racer spec car - it's the first use of the badge on a Viper since 1999.
