The Peugeot Urban Crossover previews the Peugeot 2008 Peugeot has revealed the Urban Crossover Concept at the Beijing Motor Show which  previews the Peugeot 2008 Compact SUV. We’ve already had the news that Peugeot won’t be building an estate or convertible version of the new 208, but they will be building an SUV and its almost certain to be badged the Peugeot 2008. And if we’re not very much mistaken, the Peugeot Urban Crossover Concept revealed today in Beijing is, minus a few concept fripperies and with a quick badge change, the new Peugeot 2008.

2014 EyesOn Design Vehicle Categories Announced

The vehicle categories for this year's EyesOn Design exhibition have been announced. Each of the seventeen categories has been selected to complement the theme of this year's – 'Automotive design's influence on popular culture'. Spyker, Youngman agree on joint venture

Dutch supercar maker Spyker and the Chinese Youngman Group have agreed on a joint venture to build a new super sport utility vehicle and a group of sedans based on Saab's Phoenix platform. The SUV is scheduled to hit the market by the end of 2014, while no dates for the Phoenix-based sedan were announced. Youngman will invest 10 million euros in Spyker, 7 million of which will be for stock shares constituting 29.9 percent of the supercar company.
