Vintage Chevrolet 1954 Truck Operators Manual

 

 

This 1st edition book is in pretty good shape for its age. There is some stains on the cover and inner pages while some pages have pencil-ink marks. Besides some minor folding and rounded corners the pages are in very nice shape with no tears. The binding is in good shape.

Included with the book is a Chevrolet Owner's Delco Battery Warranty Adjustment Service Policy.

Ford Transit van gets five-cylinder turbodiesel

The full-size Ford Transit van that replaces the E-series Econoline in late 2013 will have a turbocharged five-cylinder diesel in its powertrain lineup. Today Ford uses the 3.2-liter engine in the Ranger pickup sold in international markets. The engine, which wears Ford's Power Stroke marketing name for diesel engines, is built in South Africa and will be exported to the Transit assembly plant near Kansas City, Mo.

Toyota has launched a new version of the iQ - The Toyota iQ3 - with a bigger engine and spec The Toyota iQ3 gets Toyota’s 1.33 litre 98bhp VVT-i engine with Optimal Drive, which Toyota already offer in the Yaris and Auris, and offers 58.9mpg with either the manual ‘box or Toyota’s CVT. But sticking the 1.33 litre engine in to the Toyota iQ3 makes it more than just a city car. With a 0-60mph of 11.8 seconds and a top speed over 100mph, this little Toyota can cope with motorway driving quite well.

Aaron Paul (pictured with The Stig) is tonight’s Top Gear Star ina Reasonably Priced Car We’re now close to the end of the run of normal episodes of Top Gear for series 21 with episode 5 tonight, with just a single episode to go plus the ‘Christmas Special’ before the series is over. But tonight we’ll get the second of the new crop of ultimate supercars being tested with Richard Hammond off to the Yas Marina circuit to play with the Porsche 918 Spyder. Will the Porsche 918 Spyder be more impressive and, more importantly, quicker than the incredible McLaren P1 as Hammond gets to grips with its 4.6 litre 600bhp V8 and 275bhp electric motors?
