Sat, 03 Mar 2012Lamborghni Unica teased ahead of Geneva 2012 Lamborghini has released a teaser video for next week’s Geneva Motor Show promising a brand new uncompromising super sports car -Lamborghini Unica It looks like the Lamborghini Unica – if that is the name Lamborghini has chosen for their new uncompromising super sports car – is designed to steal some of the thunder from the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta in Switzerland next week. But what is it? We know it’s not the Lamborghini MLC SUV, because that’s not scheduled to be revealed until the Beijing Motor Show in April.

Tue, 25 May 2010Maserati Merak - by Giugiaro Perhaps it makes sense politically for an Italian company to takeover another, but the outcome is the same – VW has taken a majority stake in Italdesign Giugiaro – 90.1% – through its Italian subsidiary Lamborghini Holdings S.p.A. Just as we expected. And there’s a lot of sense in this move by VW – even if they are going back on their stated intent to end the acquisitions – as there’s a strong history with Giugiaro.

Sun, 23 Sep 2012With a very strong Lewis Hamilton on pole in the 2012 Singapore Grand Prix it looks like McLaren are in a dominant position. But are they? McLaren has been strong in the last few races, with Hamilton taking three poles in four and Button winning from lights to flag in Spa, followed by what should have been a second place behind Hamilton at Monza if his car had made it to the end of the race.
