Up for sale is a Vintage Chrysler Trunk Emblem from the 1940s or 1950s.

Here is a Vintage Chrysler Trunk Emblem.  It looks like it is from the 1940s or 1950s.  The center of the chrome emblem says “Chrysler USA”.  It measures 16” long and 3.75” tall.  The emblem is pitted but it is an original piece.  There are 4 screw pegs on the back of the emblem that measure about ½” long.  This is a cool old piece.

(where it must be gauging the interest of Benz-crazy vox populi). Because as devoid as it is of bodywork-breaking pillboxes, camera-obfuscating swirl paint, and surly engineers, the fact that it's seen here in little more than some sticky paper and a pair of cheap sunglasses on the driver means that the elder statesman of the automotive world is readying its next debut.
