Up for bid is a vintage dash / fire wall mounted light with frosted cut glass by CUNO. The bezel surround and switch knob look to be nickel plated. The light is fixed to the mounting plate. It is not retractable.

Stamped on the back of the light is: THE CUNO ENGINEERING CORP. PAT PEND G  MERIDEN CONN.

The black painted mounting plate measures approximately 4" X 3 1/16".

Application: This is an accessory that could be mounted on any car.  Please do your own research.

Condition: This is in very good NOS condition. It has never been used, but shows some light shelf wear from sitting on the shelf without the box.

The glass & bezel surround: look excellent. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The bezel surround looks excellent with no cracks or surface finish loss.

The switch knob: pulls out and pushes back in with ease. The surface finish looks great with no loss or fading.

The black painted mounting plate: looks very good with no cracks, breaks, or weakness. There are some spots of paint loss and some light rust, but again no weakness in the metal.

The back light & switch units: look very good.

Everything looks to be here, but this has not been tested, so is sold as is.
