This thing is ugly, rough, and crude but might just be what you're looking for for that Rat Rod project, Not sure what it's set up for but here's the rough measurements: top bolt holes approx. 14 3/4" on center, bottom bolt holes are approx.

We’ve had what I thing is a first – an SLS Official Spy Video – and endless bits and pieces on the Gullwing. But now – ahead of the official launch of the SLS next week at Frankfurt – the damn has burts and the first official images have leaked out Mercedes.
Smart to sell Nissan-built car in U.S. in 2011
Wed, 06 Oct 2010The U.S. distributor of Smart cars says it has a tentative deal with Nissan to sell a small, five-door car built by the Japanese automaker under the Smart brand, beginning in late 2011. Smart USA Distributor LLC, which is owned by Roger Penske's Penske Automotive Group, said the car would be powered by a gasoline engine and fit the B-segment size class.
