2016 VKA Vintage Kart Association  period correct sidewinder eligible kart. On the underside of the rear hanger is the OEM stamp "EL" designating the Elite model which is one of the most sought after in demand valuable Vintage American chassis of all time due to it's exceptional handling. Yes those are very trick OEM Emmick wheels !

“Found in my father's Barn who recently passed away” Estate Sale.
I am selling Roller for/as parts as is where is, no returns. Good USED straight Rebuild able rust free (I can't find any remotely serious) chassis OEM Paint average/above average for a kart 40 years old  (maybe some small scratches)\. Brakes system & hub, axle, wheel hubs, spindles, rims/tires, tank, tie rods, nerfs, bumpers, fasteners, steering wheel/column, fuel tank/cap, sprocket/hubs are included in this sale .  ** FYI** When pics were taken it was a dusty day but the Chassis is a pretty darn original OEM clean & is now packed in upper levels of warehouse storage. No cracks noticed. Chassis/Frame has been sitting for over 1 year+ needs fresh maintenance which is normal & customary.  My health & age are resulting in a personal slow down phase are reason for sale.

SOME chrome needs re-plating, but others could be polished out. Most fasteners could use re-cadmium plating (but it's all there which is a good thing).

Buyer pays/arranges pickup/greyhound or back haul semi-truck pallet s/h estimated approximate $160 - $200ish Depending on USA only destination approx 115lbs. Seller may deliver/assist w/ s/h labor \at mutual agreeable fee.

Volkswagen launches Car-Net in-car assistance system

Volkswagen has launched an in-car assistance system which will offer a number of convenience and diagnostic features. Not too dissimilar from some other systems already on the market -- such as BMW Assist, Mercedes-Benz'sMbrace, and GM's On-Star -- VW's system will offer roadside assistance, service appointment scheduling, and automatic crash notification. The latter triggers a call from the vehicle to a Car-Net customer specialist when the airbags in the car are deployed, which will then connect the occupants with a local public safety answering point, which can send emergency vehicles to the scene if needed.
