Being offered: Vintage Ford Flathead Metal Remote Oil Canister w/ Mounting Bracket FoMoCo Hot Rat Rod This is an original, genuine FoMoCo oil fiulter canister. Often times these oil canisters are mounted on the firewall or inner fender panel. However, this is a special designed part designed by Ford Motor Company and intended to mount to the engine block of your classic Flathead motor. The condition isn't terrible but it will need to be cleaned up as there is buildup of grease/grime. The original cover lid is intact and free from any major dents. The canister body is also in goo, straight condition and free from major dents. This is a great part to strip and have restored for your classic flathead engine or use as is for looks.
