UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS VINTAGE FORD MODEL T CHROME AND WOOD LUGGAGE RACK. I WOULD SAY THIS RACK IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE, I HAD A 1923 T BUCKET ROADSTER AND WHEN I PURCHASED I WAS TOLD THIS IS THE RACK THAT WOULD FIT ON IT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS AN ORIGINAL RACK, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TELL FOR CERTAIN IF IT IS OR NOT. THE WOOD ON IT DOES LOOK OLD BUT IN GOOD CONDITION. THE LUGGAGE RACK MEASURES APPROX 35" LONG BY 13 1/2 DEEP. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.

To be sure, the collection of roughly 450 cars represents Scotti's tastes, which seem to tend toward the muscular. But the man, who sells everything from Mitsubishis to Lamborghinis, did an admirable job branching out from the standbys that seem to fill the ranks of every large collection, finding room for both the commonplace and the strange.

Wed, 06 Feb 2013The Suzuki S-Cross – which arrived at the 2012 Paris Motor Show as a Concept – will arrive in production guise at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The Paris Motor Show last year saw Suzuki roll out a concept for a new C-segment crossover – the Suzuki S-Cross Concept – which was clearly close to production ready. So it’s no surprise that the production version of the Suzuki S-Cross is arriving at the Geneva Motor Show next month – before heading for a Suzuki dealer near you by the end of 2013 – looking very faithful to the S-Cross Concept design.

And here it is. Bigger than the old 3 Series Convertible – and, not surprisingly, looking very like the 4 Series Coupe – the new 4 Series Convertible keeps the folding metal roof the 3 Series had so you really get a proper coupe and convertible all in one.
