Vintage Ford Model T Moore T-5893 2335 Sparkplug Headbolt Tool Kit Wrench

I believe this wrench was apart of the Ford Model T Tool Kits, as the combination sparkplug & headbolt wrench. I believe this later version was used in early 1925 thru the end of production of the T’s, when the socket end was redesigned to a boxed end as the part # 2335, but still remained as factory #T-5893.

This wrench is the later style with an open end and boxed end.

The Wrench is embossed on one side with the Ford in Script, the other side has a M in a circle, which is the logo mark for the Moore Drop Forged Tool Company, and a casting number 2

The wrench is 10 1/4" long, has a 6 point 5/8" boxed end and a 15/16" open end.

The wrench is in good condition, and has been cleaned and rub coated with black paint for protection. As with the vintage of the wrench, there is normal wear, there are a few dings, and dents, and some discoloration, as noted from the photos.

The wrench would greatly enhance any Ford collection.

The Wrench is SOLD AS IS with NO RESERVE. email questions before bidding.

Porsche 918 Spyder: The first ride in the future game changer

Mon, 19 Mar 2012

Faster than the iconic Carrera GT yet more economical than parent company Volkswagen's frugal new Up supermini, Porsche's next supercar, the 762-hp gasoline-electric powered 918 Spyder, promises to offer the best of both worlds—scorching performance and ultralow consumption. Autoweek joins Porsche's engineering team for the very first test of the car that is already causing headaches in Maranello and Sant'Agata. For all of its intense promise and awesome potential, the very first running prototype of the upcoming Porsche 918 Spyder looks suspiciously like a refugee from a shadowy postapocalyptic movie set as it glides silently into view across the vast expanse of bitumen at the Nardo test track in southern Italy.

Kia K9 sedan, camouflaged Sportage spied testing

Tue, 16 Apr 2013

Kia was doing a bit of vehicle testing around Mammoth Lake, Calif., last weekend, and Autoweek reader Kristoffer Gjevre was there to capture the convoy. His photos show a camouflaged small SUV/ crossover and a completely undisguised K9 sedan backed up by Hyundai Santa Fe and Veloster support vehicles. Based on the roofline and A, B and C pillars, that small crossover appears to be a Kia Sportage -- and the heavy concealment at the front and rear of the vehicle suggest updated fascias may be in the works.
