Not sure of the year of application. Made by Fulton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A slight scratch on bottom, see 2nd picture. Measures 11" from edge of glass to the frame and the frame is 8 1/2" across the bottom. The frame measures 21" and the glass is 27 1/2". No cracks or chips in the glass.

60 years of Unimog spawns off-roader concept
Tue, 07 Jun 2011Mercedes-Benz is paying tribute to 60 years of Unimog trucks with a mean, green off-roader concept that the company claims stands for future versatility in vehicle design. In a nod to the first Mercedes Unimog--built in 1951 and reinstated with the 2010 product range--the team of Mercedes and Daimler designers gave the 2011 design concept an open cab. They injected the U 5000's off-road capabilities into the equation as well, drawing on the truck's historic design strengths.

The classic Aston had belonged to the same family since it was three-months-old and was joined by another DB MKIII example, a rolling restoration project that fetched £70,000. Another notable sale was a "time-warp" 1970 Ford Escort Delux MkI, which had covered just 2,600 miles in 40 years.

Extra power and better economy – with the extra cost easily lost in an already expensive SUV – makes some sense. Or at least BMW thought so when the BMW AciveHybrid X6 was launched in 2009.
