This automotive lamp is glass and metal.

It is manufactured by GE (US I think).

Previous owner wrote 6V 25W on it so likely that is correct.

The glass doesn't have any scratches or chips.

The metal bead that goes around the lamp and its fixture doesn't meet at the bottom. I'm guessing this is not damage but part of the design.

You can see in the picture that the outside exterior of the fixture shows age - scratching and very minor surface rust.

That's all I know unfortunately.

If you want tracked shipping please let me know as it costs more.

Thanks!

Thu, 27 Jun 2013

According to the Porsche-lovers at flatsixes.com, an unknown Porsche prototype caught fire after being taken home by an employee earlier this week. It reportedly took 19 firefighters to extinguish the blaze, which occurred in a home garage in Ludwigsburg, Germany (a city located near Porsche's home in Stuttgart). Fortunately, the employee and his wife suffered only minor injuries, but we assume the prototype is a complete loss.
