This is an empty vintage brass fire extinguisher made by the General Fire Extinguisher Co. and it is  model 85HD.  It is the 1 qt. size and is about 14" long and comes with it's original mounting bracket which has a new coat of maroon   paint.  It has been polished and lacquered and as you can see in the pictures, it displays very well.  Someone did a lot of work on the website "vintagefe"  and that site states that General fire extinguishers were featured in Chris-Craft accessories from 1937 to 1960.  This would be the correct extinguisher for a 1949 - 1952 Chris-Craft boat. The extinguisher has NO dents and NO dings.  The T pump handle moves in and out as designed.  The brass label retains nearly all of it's original paint. The would make a great addition to a collection or mounted on a vintage boat, car, or truck.  Please check out my other vintage fire extinguishers I have listed.

Bugatti Veyron - 8 sold to one customer However wealthy you are it’s hard to imagine spending more than £1 million on a new car; a classic, certainly, but a new car with all that depreciation? No, thanks.  But that’s really just the starting point for a Bugatti Veyron, with the Veyron Grand Sport and the Veyron Super Sport costing substantially more than that.

His low-key performance in qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix has probably put the last nail in the coffin of his desire to retain his F1 world champion status. Little, bar a crash taking out Messrs Alonso, Vettel, Webber and Hamilton, will now conspire to allow Jenson to retain his title.

The upmarket off-roader has been completely redesigned and reengineered in a move BMW hopes will see it emulate the first-generation model's success, sales of which have now topped the 600,000 mark worldwide since its introduction in 2003.
