Custom universal fit glass bowl fuel filter/sediment filter made with vintage, USA made automotive filters. NO RESERVE! I clean all parts, including filtering element, chase threads, install new gaskets, and leak test. I modify the filter tops/retainers/gaskets/elements, whatever is required, to accept modern (New) Shot Glasses for the glass bowls. These are vintage filters used on American made cars from the 1920's through 1960's. THEY NEVER WEAR OUT! Just clean every few years, and IF it has the "stone" type filtering element, replace the stone element every few years. IF the filter has the Brass Filtering Element, just clean it every few years. I have the first one I ever made on my Triumph motorcycle, and it's been trouble free for over five years, and only cleaned once. They CAN NOT be used on EFI (or high pressure) fuel systems. Remember, these will NEVER wear out! They are 50 to 100 years old already! These will get more comments than ANY OTHER filter you could buy! I have sold forty (40) of these to countries around the world, for use on cars/trucks/motorcycles/etc. Not one complaint! LIFETIME GUARANTEE !!!

Mercedes GLA goes in to production in Germany

Sat, 07 Dec 2013

The Mercedes GLA (pictured) goes in to production The new Mercedes GLA – Mercedes’ latest spin-off from the A Class – arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September as an urban SUV come Crossover, extending Mercedes reach in the premium compact sector with a serious competitor in the urban SUV market. With the growing fondness for high-riding cars – and something that’s a bit butch too – the SUV/Crossover take on the Mercedes A Class is a sound way to go and now, with production starting in Germany this week of the new GLA, Mercedes is getting close to having the GLA in customers’ hands. The first GLAs to get in to the hands of customers will probably be the GLA Edition 1 – a launch model with plenty of toys – but the model that will perhaps be most interesting is the GLA 45 AMG, with the promise of the same rufty-tufty compact SUV goodness as the rest of the range but with the 4WD platform and high performance 2.0 litre Turbo from the A 45 AMG.

50 Jaguar E-Types in convoy through London

Mon, 06 Jun 2011

The E-Type Convoy through London - in the rain This isn’t the first story we’ve run this year with ’50′ and Jaguar E-Type in the headline, and it’s a safe bet won’t be the last either. Unless you’ve been in Motoring purdah for the whole of 2011, you’ll know that this year is the 50th anniversary of the debut of the Jaguar E-Type at the Geneva Motor Show in 1961, and Jaguar are making the most of the anniversary at every step. But this time it’s not Jaguar who are making the most of the E-Type’s birthday, it’s the organisers of the 2011 Motorexpo in Canary Wharf, who’ve teamed up with the Jaguar’s Driving Club to drive fifty E-Types across London and out to Canary Wharf to kick of this year’s show.

Jeep pickup at least 4 years away, CEO says

Mon, 19 Sep 2011

Jeep CEO Michael Manley says a pickup truck remains a high priority but a Wrangler-based hauler is at least four years away. "It is too late in Wrangler's product cycle to add a pickup. The 2015 or 2016 time frame makes more sense," Manley said during an interview at the Frankfurt auto show.
