Vintage Gm Accessory Spot, Trouble, Or Flood Lamp Light Pristine Condition Works on 2040-parts.com
Blandford, Massachusetts, United States
Here is a great addition to anyone restoring a late model GM vehicle!
This is a very nice RARE Vintage GM Accessory flood spot or trouble light that plugs into a cigarette lighter which I believe was offered in the 50's. This near mint light works and has a wire hook on the top for hanging under the hood or trunk, and a wire kick stand for propping on the road for changing a tire or other roadside repairs that may need to be done. The chrome finish is nearly flawless and has approximately 12 feet of power cord. |

VW Golf R Cabriolet Concept (2011) arrives at Worthersee
Fri, 03 Jun 2011VW Group's slow reveal of one-off concept cars continues at the Worthersee Tour on the shore of Lake Worthersee in Austria. This time it's parent brand VW, who have released details on its Golf R Cabriolet concept. VW Golf R Cabriolet Concept: the top-down Rather than inject its supermini with 496bhp steroids or decapitate its rally car, volkswagen has decided to blend two of its most recent Golf variants, merging the Golf Cabriolet's roofless bodyshell with the Golf R's four-wheel-drive powertrain.
Volkswagen UK’s dealer showrooms get a revamp
Tue, 23 Apr 2013It’s an interesting exercise to ponder on the future of main dealer showrooms as the world moves more and more towards an online buying experience. Are car showrooms a relic of the past or the perfect way, still, to showcase the offerings from a car maker? Volkswagen are taking no chances on the future and have already rolled out their ‘Digital Showrooms’ across the dealer network where staff get iPads and advanced web tools to try and bring the on-line and off-line worlds in to a workable intersection, and offer customers virtual product that wouldn’t otherwise be available on show.
Seat Altea Freetrack (2007): first official pictures
Tue, 22 May 2007By Jack Carfrae First Official Pictures 22 May 2007 10:19 Seat Altea Freetrack: the lowdown Seat has given the Altea some wellington boots to join the burgeoning ranks of wannabe soft-roader 4x4s. First seen in concept guise at the Geneva Motor Show back in March, the Altea Freetrack is Seat's first-ever attempt at an off-roader. However, an extra 40mm of ground clearance, some chunky tyres and aesthetically challenging grey cladding don’t necessarily mean that the Freetrack is going to beat a Defender to the top of the hill.
