Pair of 40's or early 50's GM Guide Fog Lamps. 4 5/8" lenses. Units have original cloth insulated wiring which is frayed, therefore I did not attempt to test these lights. Housings are very straight, lenses are in equally great condition. Chrome bezels have no rust or dents. Overall diameter is approx 4 7/8". Complete with original mounting brackets. Tornadoes halt output at Mercedes, Toyota plants in South

Violent weather across Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee has halted production at Toyota and Mercedes-Benz plants in Alabama, as emergency workers try to assess two days of damage in the region. On Wednesday, a mile-wide tornado destroyed parts of Tuscaloosa, Ala., damaging the Mercedes-Benz U.S. International auto-assembly plant just north of the city.

McLaren has revealed the first interior images of the production-ready P1 ahead of its debut in Geneva next month. The interior was hidden with heavily tinted windows in Paris, but these pictures show a sparse cabin with a considerable amount of carbon fiber on display. The woven wonder stuff is used for the dashboard, floor, pillars, doors and rockers while a single piece is shaped for the center stack.

Jat Leno (pictured) drives the McLaren P1 at the Top Gear track at Dunsfold We reported just a few days ago that the McLaren P1 has all but sold out, and one of those buyers is America’s petrolhead in chief, Jay Leno. Even though Jay isn’t short of a few bob, he’s not going to be the wealthiest buyer of a P1 (by far), but his celebrity status has conferred on him something most P1 buyers won’t get – the chance to take to the Top Gear track at Dunsofold in the new P1 with McLaren’s Chris Goodwin (Chief Test Driver) riding shotgun. Prior to the run round Dunsfold, Jay gets a tour of the new P1 production centre (perhaps the cleanest car production centre in the UK) before being whisked off to Dunsfold by helicopter.
