Up for auction is a Guidcolite Stop/Tail Light mounted on a original swing-up bracket with Licenese plate bracket.  The red lense is plastic marked Stratolite on top with SAE-S?it, 036A.  The licenese light is clear glass and has 2 original 6v bulbs.  Not sure of the application, but it is unusual becuse of the swing-up action.  a great piece for any Rat Rod or original application.

Renault has just released this solitary photo of the revised Twingo supermini, which will be unveiled in full at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September. It’s all part of the PR thrust – because if you weren’t revved up about the facelifted Twingo, then this single picture is bound to get you very excited, right? Actually, the revised Renault Twingo looks pretty good… We agree.

Hyundai releases second-generation Genesis renders

Hyundai's second-generation Genesis has been previewed in new renders ahead of its full reveal in Korea later this year. The Genesis, which will hit the carmaker's stand at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in January, is the first model developed with Hyundai's new ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0' design language. It features several cues seen on the HCD-14 Genesis concept, unveiled at this year's NAIAS, such as the sharp shoulder line and the single-frame hexagonal grille design. In fact, it's nearly unchanged from the beltline up. At the rear, the sweeping roofline flows to a short trunk lid while the rear lamps wrap around from the tailgate into the rear-quarter panels.

The sale of the two iconic British brands was completed today, and ownership has now passed from Ford to Tata in exchange for $2.3bn in cash (£1.17bn). The sale means Jag/LR is debt-free, with none of the money used to fund the purchase being offset against the pair’s worth.
