Details about the high-performance 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, taken from the dealer ordering guide, are spreading on the Internet courtesy of fans on the Camaro5 message board. Here are some of the highlights: -- The LSA supercharged 6.2-liter V8 will deliver 580 hp and 556 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel. It will connect with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission as standard, while a Hydra-Matic six-speed automatic will be optional.

College Exhibition: Scuola Politecnica di Design Show

Masters students on the Transportation Design course at Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, Italy have recently displayed the results of a project done in collaboration with Lamborghini. Twenty students were faced with the delicious task of reinterpreting the legendary Espada, the four-seater front-engined GT designed by Gandini under Bertone in 1968. Guided by Professor Marco Bonetto, the project spanned one year and included the active involvement of Walter De'Silva, Director of Design for Audi Brand Group (Audi, SEAT, Lamborghini), and Luc Donckerwolke, Design Director of Lamborghini.

The new Skoda Octavia vRS will debut at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed in July and is expected to offer petrol and diesel options. We had the reveal of the new Skoda Octavia back in December, and the Octavia Estate got its reveal in February. So all that’s missing is the performance end of the new Octavia range – the 2014 Skoda Octavia vRS.
