Here's a vintage Harley Shovelhead starter jack shaft and gear for 1965-69 generator charging engines.  I believe this to be genuine Harley as the aftermarket items have black staining in the twist and gear splines.  The shaft is 6 1/2" long.  It is in darn nice shape for its age.  I spun it in my lathe and it is straight, threads, splines and bearing surfaces look great. Gear is in very good shape also; no issues.  Some good vintage Harley stuff here.
