A Vintage Harley Hand Tooled Black Genuine Leather Motorcycle Saddlebag.
This bag is very old and was Harley before it became Harley Davidson.  I found
this at an estate sale in the backwoods.  Bag is in great shape for its age.  All straps,
buckles, rivets are in place.  Only a couple of buckles may have been replaced ?
No real visable damage I see just normal wear and tear.  Bag is 36" long, 12" wide
and 10" long.  Bag full is 5" thick.  Please study photos carefully before bidding.
A bag like mine on the web is selling for a whole lot more .Open 4 offers. These old
Harley bags are getting harder to find all going into collections. Shipping $ 19.99
 Dual buckle straps. Good luck.

Rushed urban speed limit reductions criticised

Fri, 16 May 2014

ANY RUSH towards blanket 20mph zones on urban roads needs to be slowed down, according to a survey of nearly 25,000 motorists. Almost 70% of drivers think people should be consulted before 20mph limits are imposed on their street, the AA/Populus survey showed. More than half (55%) of the 24,351 AA members in the survey said drivers' views should be sought if 20mph zones are introduced in local areas through which they travel.

CAR Online has spoken to a senior engineer on the programme and has the inside line on Merc's junior 4x4 - a shrunken, and rather angular, mini M-class. It would be the first right-hooker M-B passenger car with 4-Matic, paving the way for future 4WD versions of the C-class and the next E-class.

New cameras spot traffic offences

Wed, 19 Feb 2014

ILLEGAL turns or misuse of yellow-box junctions are liable to be caught out by remote cameras in a pioneering initiative by a borough council. The first unattended CCTV enforcement system for moving traffic offences has been introduced by Redbridge council in east London. The council said the scheme was working well, with "serious traffic contraventions" captured.
