For sale from Estate Sale: Vintage Hollywood Accessories D52 Kar-Lite "Jr" License Plate Light. 

This 12 Volt accessory is in its original box.  It's chrome plated and measures 4-1/2" wide by 2" deep by 2" tall.  Includes mounting instructions and screws.  Can be used as license plate light, dash light, rear seat light, etc.

Rubber gasket and wire are flexible.  Bulb is included.  Unit is untested.  Light lens is somewhat yellowed.

Box shows signs of wear but is intact.

New Ford Fiesta ECOnetic The latest versions of the Ford Fiesta ECOnetic have gone in to production, offering 86mpg and 87g/km CO2. When we reviewed Ford’s first Fiesta ECOnetic we were impressed that, at least if you were prepared to drive wi8th a very light foot, you could get 70mpg out of a comfortable and fun Fiesta. But we did say that ECOnetic should be an engine choice and not a model choice.

Citroën has appointed Jean-Arthur Madelaine-Advenier as its new head of interior design. The 34-year-old Frenchman joins the firm from Tesla, where he had a brief stint as lead designer for interiors at the US-company's California studio. Madelaine-Advenier graduated from the RCA in London in 2003, then headed to Mercedes' advanced studio in Italy for a three-year stint as a junior interior designer.

Acura reverses product plans

Acura is reversing course in North America as the brand suffers through the shift from high-performance luxury vehicles and the cancellation of its V8 and rear-wheel-drive programs. There is "a certain level of confusion" about Acura in the marketplace, Honda Motor Co. CEO Takanobu Ito told Automotive News at the Tokyo auto show.
