Vintage Honda Motorcycle Seat ~ Chrome Trim ~ Unknown Model

Don't Forget ... reasonable offers considered :) ~ Don't hesitate to send an email ~

I have no idea what model motorcycle this vintage Honda motorcycle seat belongs to, so please take a look at the photos for great detail.

It measures 25" from front to back, 11" across and sits 6" in height.  On the underside there are two stamped markings .3.1908 and A-57.  My measurements are approximate and not sure if measuring in the right area to determine what bike it belongs to so don't hesitate to send an email for specific measurements of areas you may need to know :)

Overall it is in very good vintage condition.  Of course, it could use a very nice detailed cleaning as it has been in storage for quite some time.

The chrome looks very nice, with shine and little wear.  Might be the slightest little pitting or darkening on the little side hook things, but look at the photos and see it's probably not as bad as I make it sound, just want to be accurate.

No tears to the upper seat, however, on the bottom side I have shown in the photo where there are a few tears along the lower edge.

There is a little secret compartment there underneath, maybe for holding some paperwork or something small as it is not very deep.

Please email any questions you have as this is not an item I am familiar with this item.

Renault Captur concept

Thu, 10 Feb 2011

With Renault's current design strategy being based around life and human emotion, the second installment of the program is the Captur concept. Following on from the DeZir, which played to the feeling of ‘falling in love', the Captur is intended to represent the feeling of exploration. As a result, the Captur is a coupe/off-roader fusion that has clear links with the DeZir concept from which the Captur borrows its DRG; the new face of Renault.

Rare foreign cars head to Carlisle this weekend

Thu, 15 May 2014

Every spring, Carlisle, Pa., (otherwise known as the Woodstock of the classic-car hobby, a title it now fully shares with Hershey) hosts a weekend event just for foreign cars. Last year, over 1,000 cars gathered in central Pennsylvania, with rare foreign machinery making its way from all over the lower 50 and parts of Canada. The longest-traveled cars we spotted last year wore British Columbia plates, which should give you a clue as to the event's following, though we're still unsure which cars we spent the longest time gawking at.
