Vintage auto horn from the 1930's probably. Fresh out of an old shop so it is dirty with a couple of dents and surface rust. The seam on the fluting is tight.
Most of my items are Vintage, Antique or Used, purchased at auctions, estate and garage sales, as such the item may have some signs of use. Detroit Electric delays SP:01 EV
Mon, 03 Jun 2013Detroit Electric will delay the SP:01 EV roadster for at least a month, according to a company executive who talked to the Detroit News. The company still hasn’t finalized a manufacturing location in Wayne County. Production was scheduled to start in August, now it’s slated for September.
UP Design Vittoria concept
Tue, 31 Jan 2012Former I.DE.A styling manger, Umberto Palermo, unveiled his Victoria concept at the 2012 Qatar motor show. Responsible for both the institute's ERA and Sofia concepts, Palermo has now set up his own design consultancy, UP Design. The Vittoria concept has classical front-engined, rear-wheel drive proportions with a long hood and cab rearward layout.
Dodhy motors warning to buyers
Mon, 04 Nov 2013MORE THAN half of those seeking help for "dodgy deal" second-hand car purchases experience faults with their vehicle within a month of buying it, according to Citizens Advice. Essential repairs include smoke emerging from the engine, corroded brake pipes and snapped clutches. Of the 2,519 complaints to Citizens Advice about used cars in the first two weeks of September, a total of 83% were about faults.
