This is a super super clean vintage Brass Placard.  This is from the original Inyokern Drag Races in California.  From a history standpoin, this was the oldest running drag strip in the USA up until it closed in the early 2000's.   This is a great piece of Drag Racing memoriabilia.  All brass with deep relief.  I assume that this is from the 1950's to early 1960's vintage.
